Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lervos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Legal entity

Lervos is operated by a sole founder. All references to "we," "our," or "Lervos" in these terms refer to Benchehida Abdelatif.

2. The service

Lervos is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers write proposals for jobs posted on third-party platforms. We provide drafts; you decide what to send.

3. Your account

• You must provide a real, working email address.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Magic links and verification links are personal — don't share them. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lervos to:

• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content (e.g. claiming credentials or work that isn't yours).
• Violate the terms of any platform you submit proposals to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Generate content that violates applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Paddle. Yearly plans receive a 25% discount.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Generation limits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of every proposal, template, and piece of profile data you create with Lervos. We claim no rights to your output.

7. Our content

The Lervos brand, UI, and underlying code are ours. You may not copy, rebrand, or resell the service.

8. AI-generated output

Lervos uses large language models to draft proposals. Output may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every proposal before sending it.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may pause the service for maintenance, abuse mitigation, or upstream provider issues.

10. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Liability

Lervos is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
