This policy outlines our refund practices. By using Lervos, you agree to these terms.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a refund for any subscription purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. This 14-day window applies to all subscription plans and is our standard refund policy.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at support@lervos.com with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The name on the account.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We will process refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Initial subscription purchases within 14 days of the charge.
  • Annual plan purchases within 14 days of the charge.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window has expired.
  • Partial refunds for unused generations or remaining quota.
  • Refunds for services already rendered or used.
