Privacy Policy

At Lervos, your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of your data.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to deliver and improve the service:

  • Account info: your email address (for magic-link sign-in) and the name you provide during onboarding.
  • Profile data: projects, skills, portfolio links, languages, and tone preferences you enter.
  • Usage data: job descriptions you paste, generated proposals, and templates you save — used to power generation and let you review history.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

2. How we use your data

  • To generate proposals tailored to your profile and the job posted.
  • To show your history, templates, and settings across sessions.
  • To send transactional emails (magic links, billing receipts).
  • To improve product quality, debug issues, and prevent abuse.

3. What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't train public AI models on your private inputs or outputs.
  • We don't share your proposals with other Lervos users.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of providers to operate Lervos:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, edge delivery, and DDoS protection.
  • Paddle — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google (Gemini) — proposal generation. Inputs are sent for processing under their enterprise data policies and are not used to train public models.

5. Data retention

Proposals and templates you create stay in your account until you delete them. If you close your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, edit, or delete any of your data at any time from Settings. For account deletion or data exports, email privacy@lervos.com.

7. Billing and payments

Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store or process your payment card details directly. For billing-related questions, refunds, or disputes, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication and to remember preferences (such as whether your sidebar is collapsed). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
